Operated by the Union of Producers since 2006, Château Tour de Yon is located in the town of Saint-Emilion, to the west of the village, on the extensions of this prestigious plateau, cradle of numerous Grands Crus Classés. The place called Yon La Tour gave its name to the Château whose vineyard is planted with old vines and dominated by the Merlot grape variety. The aging, particularly careful in oak barrels, allows all the aromatic complexity and elegance of this wine to be expressed.
